Aufgaben

• Welcome guests with warmth and seat them, then attend to them throughout their experience.
• Present the menu and drinks list, make recommendations, and accommodate dietary needs.
• Take orders accurately, relay to kitchen/bar, and process payments.
• Serve food and drinks following service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, allergens and drinks; stay curious about new trends.
• Set up the floor before service and handle end-of-service tasks (clearing and resetting tables).
• Keep work areas clean and well-maintained, and ensure smooth collaboration with kitchen, bar and floor teams.
• Work closely with kitchen, bar and floor teams to ensure a seamless service.
