Job summary

Experimental is opening Porto Infante Sagres Restaurant with a Head Chef leading the kitchen across all outlets. You will ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation and guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel setting.

You will manage cost control, inventory and HACCP compliance while developing talent and coordinating with restaurant, bar and hotel teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or senior kitchen leader in high-end hotels/restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine and presentation.
• Experience with HACCP and hygiene standards.
• Proven leadership and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations across all outlets and shifts.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, portion control and guest satisfaction.
• Manage food cost, inventory, waste and supplier coordination.
• Coordinate with restaurant, bar and hotel teams for seamless guest experience.
• Maintain HACCP hygiene standards and food safety compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop kitchen staff; organize schedules.
