Experimental is opening a new restaurant at Hotel Infante Sagres in Porto and seeks a friendly Waiter to deliver warm, seamless guest experiences. You will guide guests through the menu, accommodate dietary needs, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure top service.

This role requires evenings, weekends, and holiday availability, with opportunities for growth across our European venues and ongoing training.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a waiter or similar role.
• Proactive, autonomous and adaptable with strong hospitality.
• Clear communication in Portuguese and English.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests with warmth and look after them from seating to farewell.
• Present the menu and drinks list, make recommendations and adapt to guests' tastes.
• Take orders accurately, pass them to the kitchen and bar, and handle payments.
• Serve food and drinks following service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, allergens and trends.
• Set up the floor before service and clear/reset tables for the next shift.
• Keep work areas clean and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar and floor teams for smooth service.
