Work in USA in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a diverse team of servers, bartenders and kitchen staff, and ensure outstanding customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent English communication, knowledge of food safety regulations and basic accounting, plus flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays; a Portugal work visa is provided if needed.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic accounting principles.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid Portugal work visa (visa provided if necessary).

As a Restaurant Manager in our fast-paced and bustling environment, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to‑day operations of our restaurant in Lisbon. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and maintaining financial control. You will be expected to lead by example and provide exceptional leadership to your team.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
