Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
• Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and quality control
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role in the food industry
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and inventory management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
