Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules and ensuring proper staffing levels
• Train and supervise all front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
• Ensure high-quality customer service is maintained at all times
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
• Handle any customer complaints or issues effectively and professionally
• Manage inventory and purchasing to maintain appropriate levels of supplies and minimize waste
• Create and implement strategies to increase profitability, such as upselling techniques or cost-saving measures
• Monitor sales trends and adjust operations accordingly to meet financial targets
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or special promotions
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
• Comply with all health codes and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a management role in the restaurant industry
