We are a well-established restaurant in Lisbon and we are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high‑quality customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of servers, cooks, and other staff members.
• Train and motivate employees to provide exceptional customer service.
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant at all times.
• Collaborate with chefs to develop new menu items and promotions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.

Salary: The salary for this position is $1,400, negotiable based on experience.

Location: This is a contract job located in Lisbon. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport.
