BrightPath Engineering in Porto is seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure service excellence in a busy venue.

You will collaborate with the Executive Chef on menus, monitor costs, maintain food quality, and uphold safety standards while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Candidates must speak English; Portuguese is a plus. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Restaurant Manager vacancy in Porto Portugal

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy restaurant in Porto. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who can lead our team to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards of food quality. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

Location

This position is located in Porto. Candidates must already have legal authorization to work in Portugal without accommodation.
