Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Digital Workplace - Service Coordinator to support Security & Governance, operating in a hybrid setup (Lisboa, Portugal). You will collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on Digital Workplace, IAM, and M365 services, while coordinating project scope, timelines, and resources with IT leadership.

Ideal candidates hold an IT-related degree, have enterprise security experience, and strong communication skills. ITIL is preferred; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field in Business Administration.
• Proven track record in Enterprise Security processes and best practices.
• Strong communication skills across diverse teams.
• ITIL Certification preferred but not mandatory.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on global projects related to IT Service subjects, including Digital Workplace, IAM, and M365 services.
• Partner with IT Leadership, project managers, and cross-functional teams to plan and develop project scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
• Coordinate and delegate initiatives across multiple projects to ensure seamless execution.
• Work directly with the Digital Workplace & Endpoint teams on key services and projects, driving innovation and efficiency.
• Engage with IAM Operations teams to foster continuous improvement in support processes and manage complex issues that may arise in the global MS Tenant environment.
