Qualifications

• Excellent English and French communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support (technical support preferred) in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support (APIs, OS, SaaS tools).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and team-player skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers.
• Personal computer (8GB RAM) with stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
• Document customer interactions in D365.
• Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and company updates.
