Avec is seeking an experienced IT Support Level 3 / Technical Support Specialist to assist a technical project with advanced troubleshooting and customer support. The role requires strong SQL skills and the ability to support users in French and English, with a remote work model within Portugal and quarterly on-site meetings in Porto area.

The candidate will handle complex issues, collaborate with internal teams, document resolutions, and ensure high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• French fluency (min B2) and English fluency (min B2).
• Proven experience in technical support / IT support.
• SQL knowledge and technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Availability for on-site meetings once per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting to users.
• Assist customers via phone, chat, and email in French and English.
• Diagnose software, system, or configuration issues and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
