Job summary

Hiring İnternational is seeking a French-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our international, fast-paced team in Portugal. This role provides technical assistance to customers, troubleshoots issues, and ensures a high-quality experience through clear communication.

The position is fully remote, open to candidates in Porto or Lisbon, with quarterly Porto office visits. Native-level French, strong English, basic SQL, and prior IT support experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Native-level or C2 French language required.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Basic SQL knowledge required.
• Experience in technical customer support or IT helpdesk is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Based in Portugal, preferably Porto or Lisbon, with Porto visits every 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support in French via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Investigate and document technical incidents.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams as needed.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps.
• Use internal systems and databases to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure quality service.
• Follow established support procedures and standards.
