Qualificações

• Experience recruiting across Engineering and Product functions.
• Track record in start-up/scale-up environments with rapid hiring needs.
• Ability to proactively build and manage talent pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with function leaders to evaluate hiring needs and shortlist candidates.
• Own full-cycle recruitment: qualification, proactive sourcing, interviewing, closing.
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience for applicants and hiring managers.
• Monitor and report key recruitment metrics.
