Zego is seeking a Lead Product Manager in Portugal to own strategic workstreams across multiple teams, shaping 6–12 month product direction and monetization. You will drive AI-powered pricing and experiments while mentoring PMs and aligning with leadership.

You will collaborate with the Leadership Team to deliver measurable business outcomes, balancing build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions and driving velocity with disciplined experimentation.

Qualificações

• Strategic leadership across multiple teams or domains in a high-growth environment.
• Experience building experiment cultures and a build-measure-learn rhythm for teams.
• Strong understanding of unit economics, pricing levers and revenue modelling; credible with Finance.
• Ability to design metrics and dashboards; comfortable with data in Snowflake and strategy reviews.
• Technical depth to engage engineers on system architecture, APIs and ML pipelines.
• Daily AI-focused mindset; curiosity, rapid experimentation and ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Set the 6–12 month product strategy across multiple teams and domains.
• Define and validate new revenue mechanics from 0 to 1 propositions, upsell and retention.
• Embed rigorous experimentation as the default operating rhythm.
• Build reusable AI playbooks, workflows and assets for the team.
• Design product metrics and dashboards; ground decisions in data and usage.
• Own company-level programmes with direct P&L impact and commercial outcomes.
• Coach Product Managers across the organisation to raise the product craft.
