Zego is seeking a Talent Acquisition partner in Portugal to drive full-cycle recruitment for Engineering and Product, partnering with senior leaders to define requirements and build inclusive shortlists through proactive sourcing.

You will own the interview process, collaborate with team leads, and ensure a smooth candidate experience in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment backed by AI-powered hiring tools.

Qualificações

• Experience recruiting across Engineering and Product functions.
• Previous roles in start-up or scale-up environments with fast pace.
• Ability to build proactive talent pipelines beyond organic applications.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process for open roles in Engineering and Product.
• Spearhead proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing of candidates.
• Partner with function leaders to assess hiring needs and craft inclusive shortlists.
• Monitor and report key recruitment metrics to improve performance.
