Zego is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to join Growth. You will own a growth domain, define quarterly strategies, and run experiments to drive profitable growth. You’ll work with Pricing, Marketing, and Engineering to shape propositions and packaging.

AI-enabled workflows and data-driven decisions are central to the role. Remote-friendly with quarterly visits to our London office; compensation includes base salary, bonus, share options and benefits.

Qualificações

• Growth product ownership in a high-growth consumer environment.
• Experience running high-volume A/B testing programmes with solid experimental design.
• Ability to diagnose funnels, prioritise drop-offs and fix end-to-end.
• Fluency with data and commercial metrics; comfortable analytics tools.
• Technical literacy; comfortable with engineers on architecture and APIs.
• Experience in regulated consumer products such as insurance/fintech is a plus.
• AI-first mindset; comfortable using AI daily and owning experiments.

Responsabilidades

• Define domain’s quarterly strategy and goals, shaping longer-term growth plans.
• Identify major growth levers by diagnosing customer drop-offs and opportunities.
• Run a high-velocity experimentation engine with a prioritised backlog.
• Design journeys and loops from first touch to purchase, renewal and referral.
• Shape commercial levers with Pricing and Marketing, including propositions.
• Drive profitable growth with unit economics-based business cases.
• Establish AI-enabled workflows for domain, from test variants to funnel analysis.
• Engage stakeholders in ceremonies and planning sessions.
