Zego is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead a Platform domain, defining quarterly strategy and guiding long-term platform evolution. You will translate technical challenges into business value, ensure resilience and compliance, and enable AI agents and apps with robust APIs.

Based in Portugal with remote work and quarterly visits to London, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact platform initiatives and measurable outcomes.

Qualificações

• Platform ownership experience delivering impact in a high-growth setting.
• Technical literacy with APIs, event-driven services, and orchestration.
• Experience modernising legacy services without downtime.
• Use of data to guide decisions and build business cases.
• Clear communication of trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated environments like insurance or payments.

Responsabilidades

• Define domain quarterly strategy and goals for Platform.
• Lead complex discovery to modernise the policy lifecycle.
• Dive into architecture, dependencies, and trade-offs with engineers.
• Treat internal teams as customers to enable fast, predictable launches.
• Make services AI-ready with well-documented APIs for agents/automation.
• Set metrics for reliability, time-to-launch, and cost-to-serve.
• Embed compliance with Legal, Compliance, and Finance from day one.
• Engage stakeholders through ceremonies and planning sessions.
