Zego in Portugal is seeking a versatile Talent Acquisition Manager to support hiring across our Engineering and Product functions. You will provide an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience, guiding the full cycle from qualification through interviewing and closing key talent.

You will partner with function leaders, build proactive pipelines, recruit at pace in a fast‑moving startup, and contribute to elevating our recruitment function. Remote with quarterly visits to London.

Qualificações

• Experience recruiting across Engineering and Product.
• Experience recruiting in start-up / scale-up environments.
• Rolls up sleeves attitude and ability to lead recruitment.
• Numerate, analytical, and metric-focused.
• Proven ability to proactively build talent pipelines outside organic applications.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with function leaders to evaluate hiring needs and shortlist candidates.
• Own full cycle: qualification, sourcing, interviewing, selection and closing.
• Deliver a world-class, end-to-end candidate experience.
