Jobgether seeks a results-driven Sponsorship Partnerships Sales professional based in Portugal. This fully remote freelance role focuses on identifying and closing sponsorship deals for a finance-focused podcast, with ongoing partnerships and renewals.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation, working directly with the podcast host. German language skills and a strong network in financial services are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven background in advertising, sponsorship, or partnership sales.
• Strong prospecting, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and manage long-term relationships.
• Fluent German, with excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential advertising and sponsorship partners.
• Present the podcast, audience, content, and channels to partners.
• Develop, negotiate, and close sponsorship packages.
• Manage partner relationships post-signing and drive renewals.
• Own the full sponsorship sales process from outreach to account management.
