Jobgether, partnering with an international VIP service team, is seeking a German-speaking Customer Success Manager based in Portugal. You will build strong relationships with Bronze VIP users, deliver personalised support, and drive loyalty by highlighting relevant products and experiences.

You will handle inquiries via phone and email, identify opportunities to upgrade members to higher VIP tiers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth interactions.

Qualifications

• German fluency in written and spoken form.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for phone and email.
• Ability to build trust and manage customer relationships.
• Proactive in identifying upgrade opportunities for VIP tiers.
• Comfort with learning new tools and systems quickly.
• Experience in iGaming is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized support to Bronze VIP users.
• Handle requests from the Retention team to boost engagement.
• Promote platform activities and campaigns (tournaments, quests, etc.).
• Conduct conversations to gather feedback and enhance experience.
• Work toward KPIs and be accountable for performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service.
