Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Ads Manager (remote freelance) to lead paid campaigns for a finance-focused podcast in Portugal. You will plan, launch, optimize across Meta, YouTube, Google, and TikTok, and drive audience growth and revenue through premium content and partner offers.

You will implement tracking, report performance, and collaborate with the podcast host. This role offers significant autonomy with performance-based earnings and the ability to scale budgets as targets are met.

Qualifications

Proven ability to plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Experience on at least two platforms from Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok.
Ability to provide data on cost per subscriber/lead, ROAS and conversions.
Strong targeting, testing, budget optimization, and tracking expertise.
Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Develop, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube/Google, and TikTok.
Increase podcast subscriptions, views, and newsletter sign-ups.
Generate revenue via premium dossiers and partner offers.
Test audience segments, creatives, messages and budgets.
Monitor performance and scale or pause campaigns based on results.
Set up tracking and report on performance, conversions, and revenue.
Collaborate with the podcast host to align strategy with targets.
