Cross Border Talents is seeking a Spanish & English Operations Customer Expert who will work 100% remotely from Lisbon, Portugal. The role entails delivering exceptional customer service, handling account, billing and technical issues, and providing accurate product information.

You must be fluent in Castilian Spanish and B1 English, with Catalan and Valencian support preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving and tech comfort are essential; accommodation is provided and shifts may include

• Full fluency in Castilian Spanish and B1 English.
• Support for one of the following language combinations: Catalan + Valencian.
