Personalbüro U. Herrmann is assisting a leading international entertainment platform in hiring Spanish and Catalan-speaking Customer Support Experts.

This remote role operates from mainland Portugal with occasional in-person training in Lisbon. You will assist with account management, billing questions, and technical issues, delivering professional, empathetic support in a multicultural team and on a 24/7 rotating schedule.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer support is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and Catalan required.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional, friendly, and empathetic customer support
• Assist customers with account management and billing enquiries
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Provide accurate information about streaming products, services, and features
• Identify customer needs and resolve enquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and performance standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally throughout every customer interaction
• Maintain a positive and customer-centric approach
• Work within a multicultural and collaborative customer support environment
• Work on a 24/7 rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
