Product Pulse, in partnership with a leading international customer experience provider, is recruiting Spanish and Catalan-speaking Customer Support Experts for a major streaming platform.

You will be the first point of contact handling account management, billing, and technical questions. This remote role in mainland Portugal may require occasional training attendance at a Lisbon hub and offers 40 hours per week, English-language training, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Castilian Spanish and Catalan is required.
• English level at least B1 is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities are important.
• Comfort with technology and digital platforms is needed.
• Empathetic, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willing to assist with technical troubleshooting.
• Availability for a 24/7 rotating schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Based in mainland Portugal or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Work on a 24/7 rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
