Cross Border Talents is hiring for a fully remote Spanish-speaking customer support role based in Portugal. The agent will be the first point of contact for Spanish members, handling account management, billing questions, and technical issues from a Lisbon-based setup.

• Fluency in Castilian Spanish with either Catalan/Valencian, Basque or Galician.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Strong communication and a passion for helping people.
• Comfortable with technology and digital platforms.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and technical troubleshooting.
• Provide accurate information about the platform's products, services and features.
• Identify the best solution quickly and ensure every customer is satisfied.
