Oktober is a remote-first Shopify retention agency seeking a Senior Retention Lead to own strategy and outcomes for a pod handling multi-million-dollar accounts. You will drive retention roadmaps, data-driven decisions, and client leadership across five to six brands while mentoring junior marketers.

Qualificações

• 4+ years hands-on experience running high-value/high-complexity accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Own the retention roadmap across your portfolio: planning calendars, timing, and revenue targets.
• Develop advanced retention strategies and review campaigns before they reach the client.
• Mentor RM1s and RM2s in your pod: coach them on client-facing skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Run client onboarding for new brands, setting the right tone from day one.
• Stay at the cutting edge of retention marketing and bring that thinking to the team.
