OKTOBER is seeking an entry-level Retention role focused on email retention. You’ll own copywriting for 5–6 pod accounts, keep projects on track, and contribute to account strategy under a Senior RM. This is a learning-driven path with clear ownership from day one, and a route toward a Retention Manager role.

The role emphasizes Dutch copywriting, agency experience, and project-management fundamentals, with fully remote work and a growth trajectory from Associate to Senior roles.

Qualificações

• Solid experience with Dutch copywriting in an agency environment.
• Agency experience.
• First experience with project management: keep tasks, approvals and deadlines organized.

Responsabilidades

• Own copywriting for pod accounts based on the strategy set by your pod's Senior RM.
• Keep projects on track: status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencing.
• Contribute ideas to account strategy and build strategic instincts with Senior RM.
• Pull and format reports so your Senior RM can turn them into decisions.
• Spot blockers or delays before they become a client’s problem.
