OKTOBER is looking for a Senior Retention Manager to own strategy and outcomes for high-value Shopify brands. You will lead retention initiatives, plan calendars, set revenue targets, and translate data into action while mentoring junior teammates.

This is a remote-first role requiring online presence from 12-5pm CET/CEST to stay in sync with the team and clients. You will guide complex accounts, drive data-driven decisions, and regularly share insights with leadership.

Formación

• 4+ years hands-on experience managing high-value/high-complexity accounts.
• Full funnel understanding beyond email metrics.
• Proven ability to develop retention strategy from scratch.
• Strong relationship builder with client-facing experience.
• Agency background or 8fig+ brand experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 5-6 Shopify brands with over 5M/y in revenue.
• Own retention roadmap, calendars, timing and revenue targets.
• Develop advanced retention strategies and review campaigns.
• Coach junior marketers and mentor other team members.
• Lead client onboarding and set expectations from day one.
• Stay at the cutting edge of retention marketing and share insights.
