Job summary

Media Stack is a small, fast-moving performance marketing agency delivering creative, paid media, CRO, and email for ambitious ecommerce brands. We seek a Senior Multi-Media Performance Marketing Creative to own output across multiple accounts in a fully remote, full-time role.

You will work across video, motion graphics, and static design, using AI tools to test hypotheses and drive results. The role emphasizes ownership, fast iteration, and a strong portfolio across formats.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance creative, paid social, or creative production.
• Portfolio spanning video, motion, and static formats with paid social work on Meta and TikTok.
• Experience in fashion, beauty, or wellness; understands creative performance in these categories.
• AI proficiency as daily practice, especially for video with a performance lens.
• Ability to work from a loose brief and produce sharp output without waiting for full briefs.

Responsibilities

• Produce paid social creative across Meta and TikTok: video, motion, and static formats.
• Drive creative thinking on client accounts: hooks, concepts, testing frameworks.
• Use AI production tools as a core part of the workflow (e.g., ElevenLabs, CapCut, Runway).
• Operate within two-sprint-per-week production rhythm and one-iteration discipline.
• Translate performance data into creative decisions without prompting.
• Fill gaps in briefs independently and contribute to Media Stack's own content.
• Support Media Stack's paid and organic social presence.
