OKTOBER is a remote-first Shopify retention agency inviting you to an entry-level role into email retention. You’ll own copywriting for 5–6 pods, manage day-to-day tasks, track progress and help shape client strategy under a Senior RM.

This fully remote role requires availability from 12–5pm CET, with a clear growth path to Retention Manager and beyond, plus access to tools, data, and coaches. You’ll work with founders of fast-growing ecommerce brands.

Qualificações

• First agency experience.
• Experience writing email copy for DTC brands.
• Experience with project management: keep tasks, approvals and deadlines organized.
• Reliable and accountable: delivers what you promise.

Responsabilidades

• Own copywriting for pod accounts (5–6) based on the strategy set by your pod's Senior RM
• Keep projects on track: status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencing
• Contribute ideas to account strategy and start building your own strategic instincts, working closely with your Senior RM
• Pull and format reports so your Senior RM can turn them into decisions
• Spot blockers or delays before they become a client's problem
