Darkroom is seeking a Retention Specialist to craft and execute email and SMS lifecycle marketing for our DTC clients. You will partner with Associate Directors of Retention and cross-functional teams to translate data into compelling campaigns that drive revenue across a growing portfolio.

You will be a Klaviyo power user, capable of building flows, segmentation, A/B tests, deliverability improvements, and performance reporting while delivering high-quality copy.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in email and SMS marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM
• Klaviyo power user with flows, segmentation, testing and reporting
• Strong copywriting with adaptable tone across brands

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of email and SMS strategies for a portfolio of DTC clients
• Own end-to-end campaign deployment: copywriting, briefing, testing, QA, deployment and monitoring
• Contribute to monthly retention calendars and develop campaign concepts for clients and teams
• Lead portions of client calls and manage feedback with confidence
• Collaborate with design to align visuals and copy for campaign flows
• Build and optimize automation flows, segmentation strategies, and app integrations
• Analyze performance and surface recommendations to improve retention KPIs
