Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a remote Account Manager team to meet weekly and monthly targets.
• Drive speed-to-lead, demos, follow-ups, and pipeline movement.
• Review call recordings, CRM notes, and performance reports.
• Run 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and coaching scorecards.
• Hold reps accountable for follow-ups, calls, conversion, and CRM discipline.
• Coach on demos, objections, urgency, and offers.
• Support hiring by evaluating candidates and performers.
• Improve team output using AI tools, reporting, and QA insights.
