This role offers relocation to Greece with paid training, a nesting period, and a structured path to independence within about six months. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, and EU candidates only.

Qualifications

• Native or C1 Portuguese required.
• B2 English proficiency.
• Excellent written communication and solid PC skills.
• Strong soft skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line (Tier 1) support to business customers by phone and email.
• Open and escalate tickets to Tier 2 as needed.
• Use CRM tools (Siebel, ServiceNow) to manage cases.
