CB Talents is seeking a remote-first Customer Expert to support B2B clients for a global printer and imaging brand. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate complex tickets to Tier 2.

The role offers relocation support to Greece, a structured onboarding, and opportunities to grow within a global team. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with remote work from Greece enabled.

Qualifications

• Native or C1 Portuguese
• B2 English proficiency
• Excellent written communication
• Strong soft skills
• Customer support experience is a plus but not required
• EU candidates only

Responsibilities

• Basic troubleshooting for users
• Opening and escalating tickets to Tier 2
• Working in CRM tools (Siebel, ServiceNow)
