Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a remote Greek-based Customer Expert who will support business customers by phone and email. You’ll troubleshoot issues at Tier 1 and escalate to Tier 2 as needed, using CRM tools such as Siebel and ServiceNow.

Training lasts about 6 months to reach independence within a global team. The role requires native or C1 Portuguese and B2 English, strong communication skills, and PC proficiency.

Qualifications

• Native or C1 Portuguese
• B2 English
• Excellent written communication and solid PC skills
• Strong soft skills
• Customer support experience is a plus, but not required
• EU candidates only

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line (Tier 1) B2B customer support by phone and email
• Perform basic troubleshooting for users
• Open and escalate tickets to Tier 2
• Use CRM tools (Siebel, ServiceNow)
