You will handle inquiries via multiple channels and contribute to customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have fluency in Portuguese and English, prior CS experience (pharma preferred), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about pharmaceutical products, dosage, and safety.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and timely resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of product range and regulatory requirements.
• Document interactions accurately and support process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex inquiries and ensure standards.
• Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and CS skills.
