Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in Portuguese and Spanish to support healthcare clients from Portugal. The role is remote with Braga-based on-site presence once a month, and requires a nursing or pharmaceutical sciences background.

Work hours are regular business hours, Monday to Friday. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, guide customers on healthcare products, document cases, and coordinate with internal teams for escalations while

Qualificações

• Native-level Portuguese and advanced Spanish (C1)
• Degree in Nursing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biomedicine (mandatory)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Based in Portugal with availability for in-person meetings in Braga

Responsabilidades

• Respond to client queries via phone, email, and chat
• Offer guidance on healthcare and pharmaceutical products
• Accurately document all cases and follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal teams for escalated matters
