Qualificações

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in education or e-learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and educational tech is a plus.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for education and helping others succeed.
