This 100% remote role requires residency in Portugal and a quiet home-office, with a full-time contract and a performance-based monthly bonus program to reward customer excellence.

Qualificações

• Native Polish or C2-level with professional English proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
