Cross Border Talents is seeking a remote Customer Support Specialist based in Portugal to assist Polish-speaking customers with inquiries about pet supplies. You will deliver friendly, high-quality support via email, chat, and phone using Polish and English language skills.

The role is 100% remote with a full-time contract and a performance-based monthly bonus. You will maintain records in the CRM and collaborate with the team to improve service processes and response times.

Qualificações

• Native or C2-level Polish and fluent English.
