Cross Border Talents in Portugal is seeking a native Polish-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a 100% remote role. You will assist Polish-speaking customers with inquiries about pet supplies, using English as a secondary language.

You will handle multi-channel support (email, chat, phone), maintain accurate records in the CRM, and work from a quiet home office in Portugal on a full-time contract with a performance-based monthly bonus.
