Smart Apartment Data is seeking an experienced operations professional to own and drive cross-functional programs from onboarding to ongoing customer success. You will personally manage operational execution, coordinate multiple teams, and implement process improvements to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional operations experience with hands-on ownership.
• Proven ability to manage or lead end-to-end operations across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer-related programs and operational workflows from onboarding through ongoing support and retention.
• Coordinate cross-functional work involving Sales, Accounting, Software, integrations, licensing, and other internal stakeholders.
• Keep priorities, dependencies, blockers, owners, and next steps clear across multiple initiatives.
• Take operational issues from identification to resolution, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Build, document, and improve processes to increase operational effectiveness.
• Identify gaps and recurring problems and coordinate the appropriate people to address them.
• Use feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities and provide progress updates.
