Remote is hiring a Specialist in Onboarding Operations to lead the onboarding journey for new employees across the globe. You’ll own end-to-end processes, ensuring compliance and a smooth experience for clients and employees in a fast-paced, remote team.

You’ll collaborate with Mobility, Benefits and Payroll teams, drive process improvements, and help automate workflows to scale operations while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualificações

• Extensive operations experience in people operations or HR.
• Proficiency with employment contracts and legal documents.
• Ability to work asynchronously in a global, remote team.
• Excellent written and spoken English; other languages a plus.
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk and Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Onboarding Journey: manage onboarding with compliance and documentation.
• End-to-End Ownership: own the full onboarding lifecycle and address employee queries.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle and Payroll teams.
• Continuous Improvement: seek and implement onboarding enhancements.
• Data Expertise: maintain employee data with accuracy and security.
• Support Compliance Initiatives: assist in reporting and audits.
• Drive Automation: identify automation opportunities to scale onboarding.
