Lucentive is seeking a hands-on Operations Lead to own the entity structure, contracts, and vendor relationships while keeping finance and compliance calendars rock‑solid.

You’ll build scalable operating systems to support growth across jurisdictions, sign off on critical filings, and partner with founders and advisers to keep the business compliant and auditable, from anywhere in Europe.

Qualificações

• You read agents the way a manager reads a direct report: when to trust output and when to take over.
• Confident-sounding output is scrutinized as much as your own work.
• You pull on threads, read beyond the first plausible answer, and read the full filing requirement.
• You move without being told and own the call, building needed trackers or playbooks.

• You orchestrate work across humans, agents, and stakeholders with clarity.

Responsabilidades

• Own the entity structure across Lucentive: filings, registered agents, and the paperwork for good standing.
• Manage contract lifecycle for vendors, partners, and providers: drafting, tracking, renewals, follow-ups.
• Run finance operations: invoicing, payables, expense tracking, and reconciliation for a trustworthy financial picture.
• Maintain the compliance calendar across jurisdictions and entities, flagging upcoming deadlines.
• Select and manage vendor relationships (legal, accounting, banking, tooling) for real service.
• Build operating systems: checklists, trackers, templates to scale work beyond memory.
