Qualificações

• 3+ years of extensive people leadership experience.
• Proven knowledge of business process design, management, and optimization.
• Experience working remotely in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team with a headcount of 50+.
• Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects.
• Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team.
• Own your team’s KPIs and its performance.
• Collaborate with the engineering teams on process automation.
