THE/STUDIO is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to own post-sales relationships for apparel/product development projects. You will onboard new clients, demystify the custom production process, and coordinate between clients, design team, and factory/sourcing partners.

You will unblock delays, guide fabric and garment feedback, and monitor production metrics in HubSpot while identifying expansion opportunities as runs complete. This is a fully remote role with a startup mindset.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles.
• Experience onboarding and coordinating across design, manufacturing, and sales.
• Strong empathy, proactive problem-solving, and ability to guide non-experts.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end post-sales onboarding and client journey.
• Coordinate between clients, design teams, and factory/sourcing partners.
• Identify bottlenecks and unblock delays to keep projects moving.
• Provide guidance on garment construction, fabrics, and specs.
• Spot opportunities for expansion and upsell with design/product teams.
• Maintain account notes and track milestones in HubSpot.
• Gather client feedback to inform product and sourcing improvements.
