All Cares is seeking a Product Manager to own the Operator product and lead the roadmaps for operator-facing features from onboarding to dashboards and compliance tools. This fully remote role in Portugal involves working with the CEO and cross-functional teams to deliver impact-driven, data-backed outcomes.

You will interview operators, measure success, and shape AI-driven directions while collaborating with Marketing and Engineering in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Qualificações

• Affiliate tracking mechanics: understanding attribution, commissions, and postbacks.
• Hands-on iGaming operator experience: running or building affiliate programs and evaluating fraud patterns.
• PM fundamentals: 3+ years in Product Management, strong discovery and prioritization, systems thinking.
• Strong communication in English: customer-facing, stakeholder presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Operator product and drive the roadmap for operator-facing features.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering to ship fast-moving, product-led SaaS features.
• Define success metrics, measure outcomes, and iterate based on data.
• Interviews with operators to capture needs and translate them into outcomes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and market openings to adjust product plans.
• Partner with founding team to ensure AI features solve real problems.
