Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking an Onboarding Coach for a fully remote position, ideally based in Portugal. You will train clients, tailor the system to their hospitality business, and ensure a confident, smooth onboarding experience across video, phone, and email.

Expect collaboration with a global team and ongoing product improvements. Requirements include 1+ year hospitality experience, 2+ years in customer-facing roles, and fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Spanish is preferred.
• 1+ year hospitality experience (Front Desk or Revenue Manager)
• 2+ years in customer-facing roles

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client onboarding, training, and ongoing support via video, phone, and email.
• Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot escalated issues across multiple channels.
• Partner with Sales to define success, demonstrate ROI, and drive retention.
• Build strong client relationships to promote product adoption.
• Develop a deep understanding of Cloudbeds’ products and customer needs.
• Contribute to training materials and stay updated on system changes.
• Record activities in Salesforce and share feedback for product improvements.
