Cloudbeds, a remote-first hospitality software company, is seeking an Onboarding Coach in Portugal. You will train clients on the Cloudbeds system, tailor onboarding to their needs, and ensure they finish onboarding with confidence.

You will support clients via video, phone, and email, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with Sales to demonstrate ROI and drive retention. English and Portuguese fluency are required, with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience training clients on enterprise software.
• Ability to tailor onboarding to client needs.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish a plus.
