Qualificações

• 7+ years in hospitality or hospitality technology with onboarding experience.
• Proven track record of building onboarding frameworks.
• Ability to design and implement complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Mid-Market Onboarding team.
• Own onboarding outcomes from sales handoff to go-live.
• Establish and monitor metrics related to onboarding success.
